PARTNERSHIP TO SUPPORT YOUTH WELLNESS INITIATIVES
CANTON, OHIO – The Pro Football Hall of Fame and Centen Corporation (NYSE: CNC), along with its subsidiary Envolve, officially announced a three-year partnership during an event held at the Hall of Fame today. Centene, a St. Louis, Mo. based Fortune 500 company, became the “The Official Youth Wellness Partner of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.” “The Hall of Fame is honored to partner with Centene on a program that will impact young people across the country,” Hall of Fame President David Baker commented. “Centene and the Hall of Fame share a passion for the values that will make a difference in the lives of many.” ”Centene is pleased to partner with the Pro Football Hall of Fame, bringing our strengths together to significantly impact the health and wellness of youth and their communities,” said Marcela Manjarrez-Hawn, senior vice president and chief communications officer for Centene. “Centene and its specialty division, Envolve, understand that in addition to providing access to excellent clinical care, we must address the social determinants that drive 80 percent of health for individuals. We work with partners such as the Pro Football Hall of Fame to transform the health of the community, one person at a time.” The Centene/Pro Football Hall of Fame partnership builds on Centene and Envolve’s Strong Youth, Strong Communities initiative (SYSC), established with Pro Football Hall of Famer DARRELL GREEN in 2015. SYSC is an ongoing, nationwide initiative designed to equip and assist youth and youth-serving organizations across America.

SYSC is locally driven, collaborating with local leaders and stakeholders in schools,
government, and other social supports to facilitate success among youth and
strengthen their communities.

Key components of the Hall of Fame/Centene partnership include:
• multimedia campaigns to heighten awareness of solutions for significant issues such as bullying, mental health, nutrition and exercise;
• expansion of the existing Hall of Fame school-based youth & education curriculum to encompass behavioral health and wellness;
• coordinated events across the country in urban and rural communities to expand the reach of Centene’s SYSC initiative and engage an ever increasing number of youth; and
• collaborative development of a digital platform to provide youth with a “onestop-shop” for information and resources.
